Love Bucket Baking Co. makes each Lovie by hand and they are baked to order. Orders generally require 48 hours to process. We ship Monday through Wednesday and make local deliveries Wednesday and Friday. Orders received after 3:00pm on Tuesday will ship the following Monday. Please call us directly for rush orders.

We ship via UPS using Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air or Ground delivery, from October through April.

During the warm months of May through September we recommend expedited shipping anywhere in the U.S. We cannot guarantee freshness for orders shipped more than two-day air during these months.

Orders being shipping to residential addresses will not require a signature to complete delivery, and will be left at the delivery address if no one is available to receive the package. On warmer days, this may result in the melted chocolate. Love Bucket Baking is not responsible for packages damaged at, or taken from, a destination where no person is available to receive it. We highly recommend shipping Lovies to an address where the recipient will be available to receive them.

Please note that we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you are dissatisfied,we ask that you notify us immediately by email at info@lovebucketbaking.com or call us at 925-262-3609. We will then be able to determine the proper course of action, which may include replacing or refunding orders, at our sole discretion. Because our cookie confections are perishable, we ask that you do not return the original product to us, instead please enjoy!
